This Shipping Policy explains how Chuanhe Energy Storage Systems Co., Ltd., operating under the brand name CHUANHE ESS (“CHUANHE ESS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), processes and ships orders placed through https://chuanhe-ess.shop .

This policy applies to eligible online orders placed directly through our Shopify store. Customized OEM or ODM orders, wholesale purchases, project orders and separately negotiated commercial orders may be subject to different shipping terms stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement or sales contract.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders of US$800 or More

Eligible orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of US$800 or more receive free standard shipping where this option is available at checkout.

1. Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$800 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is generally calculated:

  • After promotional discounts have been applied.
  • Before taxes, import duties and customs charges.
  • Based on the eligible merchandise subtotal.
  • Before any optional express or upgraded delivery charges.

Free shipping will be applied automatically when the order qualifies and an eligible free-shipping method is displayed during checkout. No promotional code is required unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

If the merchandise subtotal falls below US$800 after a discount, cancellation, refund or product adjustment, the order may no longer qualify for free shipping.

Important:
Free shipping applies to the eligible standard shipping option shown at checkout. Express delivery, special handling, remote-area delivery, dedicated freight, lifting services and other optional services may require additional payment.

2. Orders Below US$800

For orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal below US$800, shipping charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout when an online shipping rate is available.

Shipping costs may depend on factors including:

  • Destination country or region.
  • Delivery address and postal code.
  • Product type and battery classification.
  • Package dimensions and total shipment weight.
  • Selected shipping service.
  • Remote-area or special-handling requirements.
  • Available carrier routes.

If an automatic shipping rate is not available for your destination or product, please contact us for a shipping quotation before placing the order.

3. Shipping Destinations

CHUANHE ESS serves customers in multiple international markets. Shipping availability depends on the destination, product type, battery capacity, local import regulations and available carrier routes.

Certain energy storage products contain lithium batteries and may not be eligible for delivery to every country, island, remote area, military address, post-office box or restricted region.

If we are unable to ship an order to the address provided, we will contact you to discuss an alternative shipping method, a different delivery address, a suitable replacement product or an order cancellation.

4. Order Processing

Order-processing time is separate from transportation time. Processing may include payment verification, product inspection, battery testing, packaging, export-document preparation and carrier collection arrangements.

The applicable processing time may be shown on the product page, quotation, order confirmation or shipping notification. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability.
  • Order quantity.
  • Product model and battery configuration.
  • Required testing or inspection.
  • Customized branding or packaging.
  • Certification and shipping-document requirements.
  • Public holidays and factory schedules.

Orders are generally not processed, dispatched or collected by carriers on weekends or public holidays.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary according to the destination, shipping method, customs-clearance process, carrier availability and product classification.

Any delivery date or transit time shown on our website, at checkout, in an order confirmation or in a shipping quotation is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

International shipments may experience delays caused by:

  • Dangerous-goods or lithium-battery handling procedures.
  • Airline, vessel or carrier schedule changes.
  • Port congestion or warehouse congestion.
  • Weather, natural disasters or transportation disruptions.

  • Government restrictions or regulatory changes.

6. Shipping Methods

Depending on the product, destination and order size, available shipping methods may include:

  • Commercial freight or pallet delivery.

7. Lithium Battery and Energy Storage Shipments

Portable power stations, LiFePO4 battery systems and other energy storage products may be classified as regulated lithium-battery shipments.

These products may require specialized packaging, labels, testing documents, dangerous-goods declarations or approved transportation routes.

Depending on the product and destination, transportation documentation may include:

  • UN38.3 documentation.
  • MSDS documentation.
  • Battery transportation reports.
  • Dangerous-goods declarations.
  • Air or sea freight reports.
  • Commercial invoices and packing lists.

Specialized battery-shipping requirements may affect processing time, delivery speed, carrier availability and shipping cost.

8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax, customs fees, brokerage charges, clearance fees or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless the checkout page, quotation or sales agreement expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges and local fees.

Customs authorities may request identification, tax information, company registration details, import permits or other documents from the recipient. Failure to provide the requested information may delay or prevent delivery.

We are not responsible for customs charges imposed by government authorities or for delays caused by customs procedures.

9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, email address and any information required for delivery or customs clearance.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing, been packed, transferred to a warehouse or collected by the carrier.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer.

10. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address associated with the order or display it on the order-status page.

Tracking information may take additional time to update after a shipping label is created or after the shipment is transferred between international carriers, freight agents or customs facilities.

Some freight shipments may use shipping documents, container numbers, airway bills or internal logistics references instead of standard parcel-tracking numbers.

11. Split Shipments

An order may be shipped in more than one package or shipment because of product size, battery-transport restrictions, warehouse availability, carrier limits or different processing times.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments, the packages may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking references.

12. Delivery and Signature Requirements

Some orders may require a recipient signature, identification check, appointment or telephone confirmation before delivery.

Large energy storage products may be delivered by a freight carrier. Standard freight delivery may be limited to the address entrance, curbside, loading area or another location accessible to the carrier.

Indoor delivery, installation, lifting, unloading equipment and removal of packaging are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.

13. Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears to be delayed, please review the tracking information and contact the carrier where appropriate.

CHUANHE ESS is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions, port congestion, weather, public emergencies, government action or force-majeure events.

14. Damaged Packages

Please inspect the outer packaging and product as soon as possible after delivery.

If a package appears damaged:

  • Photograph the package before opening it.
  • Photograph the shipping label and all damaged areas.
  • Photograph the internal packaging and affected product.
  • Keep the original carton, pallet and packing materials.
  • Record the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt where possible.
  • Contact us promptly after delivery.

Do not discard damaged packaging until the carrier investigation or claim process has been completed.

15. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package has not moved for an unusual period, or if the package has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us.

We may need to open an investigation with the carrier before offering an appropriate resolution. Carrier investigations and international freight claims may require additional processing time.

If tracking shows that the order was delivered, customers should first check with household members, reception staff, building management, neighbors and the local carrier before reporting the shipment as missing.

16. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be returned, held or destroyed if the recipient:

  • Refuses delivery.
  • Provides an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Fails to respond to the carrier.
  • Fails to provide customs documents.
  • Fails to pay applicable duties or taxes.
  • Does not collect the shipment within the permitted period.

Costs associated with return transportation, storage, customs, redelivery, disposal or carrier handling may be deducted from any eligible refund or charged to the customer where permitted by law.

17. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production, customization, testing, packaging or shipment preparation has started.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled as unshipped orders. Any return request after dispatch will be handled under our applicable return and refund policy.

Customized, private-label, OEM and ODM products may not be cancellable after production or customization has started.

18. Wholesale, OEM, ODM and Project Orders

Wholesale, distributor, OEM, ODM and project orders may require separate freight quotations and shipping arrangements.

Shipping terms for these orders may be based on agreed commercial terms, including the applicable Incoterm, departure port, destination, order quantity, product classification and transportation method.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, the online-store free-shipping offer does not replace shipping terms contained in a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement or project contract.

19. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in shipping services, carrier availability, legal requirements, business operations or store policies.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
